- FITS OVERSIZED = Size up one size.

- FITS TRUE TO SIZE = Go by this sizing guide.

- FITS SMALL = Size down one size.

- We individually pick all of our products from different manufacturers and therefore all products fit differently. We do our best to put the true fit in the details description and recommend sizing up or down based on how each product fits compared to a true size (i.e. how does a size small in this product fit compared to a normal size small). 

- If you would like more specific measurements on a product we are happy to measure them for you if you contact us through our Facebook page messenger by clicking the "message us" box in the bottom right corner of this page. We do work full-time jobs during the day so we will get back to you with specific measurements as soon as possible!

- We gladly accept returns.  Please read our abbreviated return policy below!

- Please contact us via Facebook Messanger or at orders@shopprairie.com prior to returning any items.  We are a small business and this helps us manage our inventory and better serve our customers.  This also helps us ensure you don't send something back that is non-returnable!

In-Store Credit

- All items will be refunded by a gift card issued for in-store credit that will be eligible to be used on your next purchase!

Eligibility

- Items must be unwashed and in their original condition.

- Return process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving items or purchasing in-store.

- All SALE items are final sales and non-fundable.  We give you great deals on these because we are ready to move them out of our store.  Thank you for understanding!  We will allow an exchange in a different size of the same item as long as it's still in stock!

Shipping

- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, original shipping will not be refunded.

- In-store returns are gladly accepted during normal business hours.
